After you have signed all of the necessary paperwork, you will be notified about when you can move into your unit. Move-ins take place at 1:00 p.m. on the day your lease begins.
You will be given a move-in damage checklist and a move-in maintenance/cleaning request form.
The damage checklist is provided so that you can record any damages in your unit that are present when you move in. This form must be returned to the office within one week after you move in and is used to prepare your final statement of security deposit when your lease expires.
The maintenance/cleaning request form is provided so you can make us aware of any maintenance or cleaning problems immediately. If your unit is not cleaned when you take possession, please call Continental within 24 hours of taking possession and we will have the unit cleaned. DO NOT CLEAN IT YOURSELF. We will not reimburse you for the cleaning and you will still be responsible for leaving the unit clean when you vacate.
