The lease term for a parking spot is one year. To lease a parking space, complete and submit the contact form below. When our staff receives your request, they will prepare and send a parking agreement via your portal or AdobeSign (for non-residents) within 5-7 business days. Your parking space will be secured when both the agreement is signed and the accompanying parking fee has been remitted.
