Toftrees and Surrounding Area

Toftrees is located 3.5 miles northwest of State College and on the north side of Interstate 99 and US 322.  The hilltop community surrounds Toftrees Golf Resort and Pennsylvania’s first planned community, built primarily in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. Toftrees is considered a peaceful and scenic neighborhood, with a mix of housing options. It’s also known as a walkable neighborhood that features a country club, a bed-and-breakfast, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
