Pop-Ups

Being in business for over 40 years we understand the importance of community. We have helped one of our long-time clients, Comet Properties, team up with the Downtown Improvement District to establish a dedicated retail space that allows new concepts to grow, thrive and potentially become part of our commercial ecosystem. In addition, in conjunction with Comet Properties we have reinvigorated office spaces to host affordable short term office leases called the Calder Co-Share (Calder Way Pop-Up supports entrepreneurs in State College | Centre Daily Times).
