Resale Certificates/Condo Questionnaire

To request a Resale Certificate or Condominium Questionnaire, please provide the following details: Association Name, property address, your email address, and phone number. One of our Association Managers will prepare your documents and will contact you if any additional information is required. You will also be notified when the documents are ready for pickup.

Please note that payment of $275 (cash or check) or $286 (credit card) is required prior to the release of the documents. Our Resale Certificates remain valid for 30 days.
