Our Story

Continental began in 1984 as Hanna and Associates Real Estate and Insurance in Calder Square II.

Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. was born with two partners in 1988 and management of one unit!

2025: Three partners: John Hanna, thirty-eight years of service (founding partner), Scott Hanna, twenty years of service, and Geoff Reyes, five years of service.

Continental now manages over one thousand rental units, eighty-six Associations, Commercial Division is working with over 180 State College commercial locations, Sales Division has grown rapidly, helping clients sell, buy and lease millions of dollars of real estate. Remodeling Division is busy revitalizing commercial spaces and improving homes, and our HVAC Division is keeping our commercial and residential clients comfortable with expert service and by installing new state-of-the-art equipment.

We are all family, and we look forward to continuing our journey side by side with our dedicated staff; there is one simple goal: to make our clients' living and working experience the best it can be!
