State College Parking

Permit Required for All Parking

Parking by Permit Only
All parking requires a valid permit. Before parking in any assigned lot, you must visit our office at
403 S. Allen St., Suite 206, State College, PA to pick up your permit.

Permits must be clearly displayed on your vehicle
at all times to avoid towing at your own expense.

  • Pay through your online portal, or
  • Pay in person via check or money order only.

Parking Guidelines

  • Display your permit clearly, hanging from your vehicle’s rearview mirror.
  • Unauthorized parking or failure to display a permit may result in towing at your expense.
  • No temporary parking is permitted without a valid permit.
  • Towing is managed by an independent company that patrols all lots. If your vehicle is towed, contact the towing company directly. Towing information can be found on the signage in the parking lot.

Some lots have assigned parking spaces. Make sure you are parked in your designated spot to avoid being towed.
